No Return & No Refund

We follow a strict no return and no refund policy. Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, follow these steps:

  • Record a complete unboxing video without any cuts or pauses
  • The video should clearly show the package being opened and the issue
  • Share the video with our official WhatsApp support within 24 hours of delivery
  • After verification, we will review the issue and take appropriate action

Size Exchange

We offer size exchange only in eligible cases. To request a size exchange:

  • Share a clear photo of the product
  • Contact our official WhatsApp support
  • Our team will review your request and guide you with the next steps

Reverse Pickup

We will arrange a reverse pickup. The customer must hand over the parcel on the scheduled date. Failing to return the parcel on the mentioned date will require the customer to manually return the item at their own cost.

⚠ Important Guidelines

  • Requests without proper proof (unboxing video/photos) will not be accepted
  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered
  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Final decision rests with our support team
